PROPAGANDA: SPOIL

What does "spoil" mean?  Is it an expression of the self?  Or is it a result of anothers expression?  I'm sure whatever it is, its something that results in something rancid.  I wonder what he is hiding.  

For purposes of this photo, it portrays an art and just as any painting, it used what was available to capture the eye of the beholder, thus, it was manufactured and created resulting in the final product, the photograph.

PROPAGANDA: STACK.

What does the caption mean?  What is a "stack"?  He looks very casual and relaxed but focused.  Is it a life style or a trend.  Im sure whatever it is, it'll be about his atire.
