Walking is an art.  Individuals think about the process of it all.  You look ahead into the distant horizon.  You imagine sweet things that you dont even like to eat.  You ensure that the book is balanced on your head.  You take a step forward thrusting your knee up.  You use the other leg and thrust that knee up pressing forward past the other foot, and you repeat.  You look side to side ensuring that the book does not fall and if it falls casually shrug it off.

To "relax" meand to take a breather.  Being "relaxed" also means that you want solice.  To be in tranquility means that you have some comfort for that whatesoever brings stress.  "Relaxing" thus means you are "free."
